1. Meeting called to order.
2. Minutes from December approved.
3. George will report on status of Habitat Project and anything else we should be aware of in town.
4. Jon will report on present status of CPC grants:
- Canal House
- New Request by Habitat
- Cape Cod Village
5. Committee Discussion. Should our committee concern itself with homeless problem in Orleans?
6. Next meeting set- guest speaker and final CPC recommendations.
7. Motion to Adjourn.
